Travis Heights XS Garage Apartment
The Travis Heights XS Garage apartment is only 12’ wide. The unit is about 200 s.f. We designed it to be as efficient as possible making use of a single plumbing wall bedroom space with built in closets and desk. The apartment is attached to the main house, but is set back, so the final rendering shows the large viewing deck, creating privacy for the tenants of the garage apartment.

The entire square footage of the home is 1,200, the allowed size in Austin. The compact design allows room for all functionality but with a good size and feel of the spaces.
